DAIRY FREE BANANA PUDDING RECIPE

One of Superman’s favorite desserts is banana cream pie. I’d been working on a dairy free banana pudding recipe for quite awhile now, but hadn’t perfected it. Until now! My original recipe does use organic sugar, so it’s not “Paleo,” but it is dairy-free and a great once-in-awhile treat! I have, however, made a note on subbing out the sugar for honey or pure maple syrup, if you are avoiding refined sugars.

Crispy Cheese Jalapeno Balls

To make the balls combine 2 cups of finely shredded DI LUSSO® Cheddar cheese, 3/4 cup finely shredded DI LUSSO® mozzarella cheese and 3/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese with 2 lightly beaten eggs, 1/3 cup plain flour, 3 diced jalapeno peppers and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a large bowl.
